Teaching Practice
1. Procedure of Teaching
I followed the lesson guide that was given to us. I prepare learning materials and visual aids for every activity. I also make sure that the activities I make are simple so that my students can catch up easily and participate in board work and oral recitation. Since I have to communicate in English, I also make sure to repeat my instructions and point to the TV Screen for Translations. Surprisingly, my students are active in participating.

2. Time Management and Organizing Activities
In starting my lesson, I first introduce myself with my PowerPoint on the TV Screen so that they can read my name easily. I only have 30 minutes to deliver my lesson. In 30 minutes, I have 5 minutes prior to energizer to prepare my learning materials. For every discussion I make, I have a backup visual aid, and I used to play my PowerPoint for every discussion and every activity because the PowerPoint appears as my translation on the TV Screen. I am also careful to follow the copy of the lesson given to us even though we have extra activities.

3. Classroom Management
Since my students are young and spirited, I haven’t had a hard time catching their attention. My only way to get them to listen to me is to Say "Hi!" and they will surely respond "Hello!" By the time they respond, I will remind them to keep listening to me because we will have a fun activity right after my discussion. So far, the students obeyed and smiled back at me

4. Problem-solving while teaching and staying in designated school
I am fine with seeing noisy and playful kids. I extend my patience unconsciously because I don’t see them as a problem but as happy angels laughing and playing. For me, this only indicates that they are enjoying their childhood and are healthy.
My cooperating teacher is to the rescue in stopping them from making so much noise. Since she can communicate well and the students are really listening to her, I do not have much trouble with it. I am enjoying seeing them active.
